Justin Bazdarich is a renowned chef and restaurateur based in Oslo, Norway. Originally from Kansas City, Kansas, he moved to New York in 2001 to attend the French Culinary Institute. After graduating, he interned at Jean-Georges, where he quickly rose through the ranks, eventually launching his own celebrated restaurants before relocating to Oslo.
